Frank and Fannie Houghton Farm

Michigan. Her mother, Lenna
Moffitt Kelly was friends of the Houghton/Tingley families. Frank Houghton and
Fannie E. Tingley were both born and raised in
Ionia county. They were married January 9,
1913. They lived in on a farm north of Ionia until they moved to
St. Louis,
Michigan.
Fannie was once a servant for the Luther B. Kenyon
family according to the 1910 U.S. Federal Census. She was 27 years old at that
time. She was the daughter of Henry and Azelia Tingley. In the 1900 census,
she was listed with siblings, Cora, Dollie and Anna. She was born May 15,1882.
Frank Glenn Houghton was born June 9, 1881 in
Michigan the son of Addison and
Emmie Houghton.
